Cancellation & Refund Policy

Effective Date: June 23, 2025

This Cancellation and Refund Policy applies to clients engaging IDCANDY DESIGN SDN BHD’s services through our website or formal contracts.

1. Cancellation by Client

​

1.1 Pre-Commencement Cancellation: If you cancel a project within 30 days prior to the agreed commencement date, you are liable for a percentage of the contract sum as compensation for preparatory expenses, payable within 7 days.

 

1.2 Post-Commencement Cancellation: If you terminate the contract after work begins, you must provide 14 days’ written notice and pay for:

  • All completed services and deliverables accepted prior to termination.

  • Reasonable costs for work in progress.

 

1.3 Process: Cancellation requests must be submitted in writing to admin@idcandydesign.com or our registered address. Verbal cancellations are not accepted.

2. Cancellation by IDCANDY DESIGN SDN BHD

​

2.1 We may terminate the contract with 7 days’ written notice if you fail to make payments within 7 days of the due date. We retain the entitlement to:

  • Payment for completed services.

  • Preparatory costs and a reasonable portion of the anticipated profit.

 

2.2 We reserve the right to cancel services due to unforeseen circumstances (e.g., force majeure), with no liability for consequential losses.

3. Refunds

​

3.1 Non-Refundable Payments: Payments for completed work, preparatory expenses, or third-party costs (e.g., materials ordered) are non-refundable.

 

3.2 Disputed Refunds: Refund disputes will be resolved through negotiation or arbitration.

 

3.3 Processing: Approved refunds will be processed within 14 days to the original payment method.
